KELMAR LAUNCHES 'HOT-DESKING'

Kelmar has introduced a useful new module, which extends the flexibility of its Call Recorder applications.

Hot-Desking is designed to support field-based staff who often work from a hot desk when in the office. It will also help office-based staff with multi-functional roles, who regularly change their work location.
The application is surprisingly simple. It forms an association between a specific PC and the adjacent telephone extension. When a person logs on to the PC the telephone system matches all calls from the adjacent telephone to the user or agent. As a result, calls can be correctly assigned to a specific user and not just the extension.
This product really helps organisations to keep track of their staff activities and to measure performance accurately.

DAVENHAM CRICKET CLUB HITS 125 WITH KELMAR SUPPORT

Watching England play cricket is sure to raise a range of emotions - elation, frustration and possibly dejection! However, without the local game, where all players cut their teeth, we wouldnít have the growing pool of talent that feeds & improves the quality of county & national sides.
But what has this got to do with Kelmar Software Solutions, a specialist in the world of telephone call management?
Maybe more than you would imagine because to confirm its support for the game and, in particular the development of the next generation of young cricketers, Kelmar has pledged its sponsorship to Davenham Cricket Club, which is entering its 125th Anniversary Year.

Kelmar, which is based locally in Northwich, Cheshire, are providing the Club some tangible help to provide equipment and to support other initiatives in its 125th Anniversary Season.
